This means you can catch potential issues and variations immediately, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

How It Works

For example, if a daily report email contains an attachment showing that there were 4 trucks on site when the contract scope only includes 2, Hevi will flag this as a potential variation needing to be claimed. This proactive approach helps you manage variations effectively and maintain control over your project’s scope and budget.

Multiple Main Contract Documents

We understand that contracts can be complex and often include appendices and additional guidelines. With our new update, you can now have multiple Main Contract Documents for the AI to review against. This ensures a comprehensive review that includes all relevant documents, providing a holistic view of your contractual obligations and potential risks.

Getting Started

To access this feature:

1. Go to the Contract Administration Portal and select "Project" in the sidebar.
2. Navigate to the Documents tab and ensure you have Main Contract Documents uploaded and processed.
3. Send an email with an attachment to the project-specific email address shown in the Mail sidebar module.

Within a few minutes, you’ll see your email appear with an AI review, highlighting any issues or variations.
