📄 Generate PDF Contract Manuals

• Download a PDF including a summary of the contract details and scope along with AI generated flowcharts for contractual processes like variations, delays and payment claims
• Also download PDFs of chat responses and contract reviews to quickly convert your answers into a shareable format

📅 Setup Monthly Recurring Workflows

• The "Edit flowchart" tool on the Workflows page has been entirely redesigned to make it more powerful and intuitive
• When creating a workflow (e.g. monthly payment claims) you can now set it to "Recurring" so it automatically starts a new Case each month on a specified day
• The "Extract workflows with AI" button will detect when particular workflows are monthly recurring and set it that way automatically
• Deadlines can be set for a particular day of the month (e.g. the 15th) or of the following month
• Workflow steps can now be directly assigned to users so they receive email notifications to complete the work by the deadline

🧩 Upload Long Excel Files

• There is no longer a size limit on Excel files uploaded
• For very large tabs of data, Hevi will search for the most relevant parts when answering

🐞 Bug fixes and Enhancements

• PDF files opened from document links can now be downloaded from Hevi
• File names on downloaded files are now set to the actual file name (instead of a hash)
• Hevi will prompt you to rename or replace a file if one already exists in that folder with the same name

🗂️ Move files and folders between Contracts

• Hover over the file or folder in the Chat Portal > "Files" tab, then click the folder icon that appears on the right
• You can move documents to any contract where you are an owner
• Example use case: you've set up all your pre-contracts projects in folders of the same Hevi "Contract" but now you want to move one to delivery phase and set up Workflows, Mail Monitors etc. Solution: You can set up a new Hevi Contract for it using admin settings, then navigate to the folder where the documents are currently and move it to the new Contract.

• Admins who don't have any contract roles are now taken to the Admin Settings page when they log in instead of seeing an error page
• Case numbering always starts from the highest existing case number
• Emails with very long text in the body (e.g. long reply chains) now process more reliably
• Multiple simultaneous Word document conversions are more reliable

• When the algorithm selects a relevant paragraph for the AI, Hevi now includes the previous and following paragraphs for better context

• Deadlines can be set as being measured in "business days"
